Who we are

Gyrovex Labs ("we") makes software including Watchwise and Third Ear. This policy explains what information our apps collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Camera feeds and event logs you choose to connect to Watchwise, used to show live views and create summaries and timelines.
  • Voice commands you give through a voice assistant or the app, used only to carry out the request.
  • Call audio when you use Third Ear, processed in real time only to translate the conversation. We do not keep recordings of your calls.
  • Basic device and app diagnostics, used to fix bugs and improve performance.

How we store and protect it

Logs and summaries are stored on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to what is needed to run the service.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your footage for any purpose other than providing the features you use.

Your choices

You can disconnect cameras, delete your logs, or request deletion of your account data at any time by writing to info@gyrovexlabs.com. We respond within 30 days.

For any question or concern about your data, contact us at info@gyrovexlabs.com with the subject "Privacy". We'll acknowledge your message and work to resolve it promptly.

Children

Our apps are meant for household use managed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify users in the app.
